Terms of service

The service
Qrezy lets you create, host and share digital restaurant menus with QR codes. Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page; paid plans are prepaid for a fixed period and do not auto-renew.
Your content
Maps, place search and address suggestions are provided through Google Maps Platform. Your use is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Check your address, map pin and menu prices before publishing; suggestions are not a substitute for verifying your restaurant's details.
You own your menu content and are responsible for its accuracy and legality (including pricing and food-safety claims). You grant us the right to host and display it as needed to operate the service. We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive.
Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by Zoho Payments in INR. If a payment succeeds but your plan isn't activated, contact us and we'll fix it or refund in full. Unused plan periods are otherwise non-refundable, except where required by law.
Plan expiry
When a paid plan expires, free-plan limits apply again. Published menus stay online and remain editable. Creating another menu is blocked if you have reached or exceeded the free allowance; AI and analytics allowances reduce, and Qrezy branding returns.
Acceptable use
Don't use Qrezy to host content unrelated to menus or to mislead consumers. Don't attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' data.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
